1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all software products, websites, and services operated by PWR Innovations ("PWR Innovations", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited uses

  • Use the Services to develop a competing product or to benchmark the Services for the purpose of sharing results publicly without permission.
  • Process or store data in the Services in a way that would cause PWR Innovations to violate applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Services for cryptocurrency mining or any other computationally abusive purpose.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Services.

3. Content standards

Any data, content, or material you submit through the Services must not be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws relating to the data you process.

4. Security obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us at pwrinnovations@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised or if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating access, or reporting activity to law enforcement authorities.

6. Consequences of violation

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services without notice and without refund. PWR Innovations reserves all rights to pursue additional legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
