1. Agreement
By accessing https://pwrinnovations.com, purchasing a subscription, or using any PWR Innovations software product, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Who we are
PWR Innovations is a software company registered in South Africa. We build and sell SaaS (Software as a Service) products. We are not a consulting or professional services firm.
3. Services
We provide access to cloud-based software applications on a subscription basis. Specific features, limits, and pricing are described on each product page and at checkout.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
- One account per authorised user unless your plan permits otherwise.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed by our authorised payment partners. See our Billing Policy and Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our products for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell our software without permission
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights
7. Intellectual property
PWR Innovations retains all rights to our software, branding, and documentation. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product during your paid term.
8. Your data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability & support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available via pwrinnovations@gmail.com during business hours.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWR Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time per the Billing Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
