1. Overview
PWR Innovations sells software subscriptions. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service beyond reasonable evaluation. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
3. What is not refundable
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period
- Partial months after the refund window has passed
- Add-ons or usage-based charges already consumed
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
4. How to request a refund
- Email pwrinnovations@gmail.com with your account email and order reference.
- Include the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
- We respond within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Cancellations vs refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period. See our Billing Policy for cancellation details.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues quickly and chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Payment partner purchases
If you purchased through FastSpring, Polar, or another authorised reseller, refunds may be processed through that partner per their policies. Contact us and we will coordinate with the payment provider.
